Boenning & Scattergood, an independent investment and securities firm, has promoted its managing director, James Still, to fill the position formerly held by David Lazar, who has left to pursue other interests.

In his new role Still will lead Boenning & Scattergood's corporate finance and investment banking team, based at the firm's corporate headquarters in West Conshohocken, Pennsylvania.
