Bolloré takes top Havas job

French advertising firm Havas said on Tuesday it had named Vincent Bolloré, the company's biggest shareholder, as its chairman.

Reuters reports that in a statement released after a board meeting earlier in the day, Havas also said that it had named five managing directors including banker Philippe Wahl. The others were named as Mercedes Erra, Stephane Fouks, David Jones and Remi Babinet.
