When it comes to junk bonds, “fallen angels” can bring blessings.

So says Fran Rodilosso, portfolio manager of ETF (ANGL). The ETF tracks the Bank of America Merrill Lynch US Fallen Angel High Yield Index, which includes only bonds that were investment grade at the time of their issuance, but have since been downgraded.
