Borsa Italiana appoints board of directors

The shareholder meeting of Borsa Italiana has appointed a new board of directors for a four-year term starting from 2011. The board includes: Nicolas Bertrand, Gian Luca Bolengo, Janet Cohen, Alessandro Decio, Alessandro Di Michele, Carmine Di Noia, Raffaele Jerusalmi, Marina Forquet Famiglietti, Massimo Mocio, Pietro Sella, Antoine Shagoury, Massimo Tononi. The meeting also appointed the board of auditors which include Robert Ruozi as chairman, Giuseppe Levi and Mauro Coazzoli as active statutory auditors, and rturo Sanguinetti and Nicola Frangi as substitute statutory auditors. The board also appointed Massimo Tononi as chairman of the company, confirmed Janet Cohen as vice president and Raffele Jerusalmi as chief executive officer. They also appointed a new nomination committee with Cohen, Sella and Tononi on board as well as a new consultation committee composed of Giorgio Basile, Giampio Bracchi, Fabio Galli, Lucrezia Geraci, Gianluca Gugliotta, Giovanni Sabatini.
