Borsa Italiana's Capuano elected new FESE president

Massimo Capuano, president and chief executive officer of Borsa Italiana, is to become the new president of the Federation of European Securities Exchanges (FESE) for the statutory term of two years.

He has been FESE vice president since September 2000. Capuano replaces George Möller, chief operating officer of Euronext, the FESE president since December 2000.
