Bank of Scotland Integrated Finance has promoted Frank Summers to head its integrated finance partnerships programme which supplies a single source of equity and debt financing for entrepreneurs doing buyouts.

Summers, who was previously head of the group's integrated finance division for Scotland, takes charge of the UK-wide integrated finance partnerships team.
