Boyden, the global executive search firm, has poached a seven-strong team from Stephens, a specialist financial services search firm, for its new division, Boyden Financial.

The team will handle Boyden's banking and financial services business within the new division. Initially, Boyden Financial will cover corporate finance, equities,and asset management. It plans to recruit other specialists to handle areas such as capital markets, treasury, risk and private banking.
