Breuer tries new peace plan with TCI

Deutsche Börse yesterday resolved to create a special committee to negotiate with a rebel shareholder which is trying to oust top executives at the German exchange.

The unanimous resolution by the exchange's supervisory board comes after months of angry altercations between the exchange and the shareholder, The Children's Investment Fund Management, which owns 8% of the Börse's shares.
