UK regulators could struggle to hold senior managers to account if banks relocate staff once the country exits the European Union, advisers believe.

A senior compliance officer for a European bank told FN it wasn’t clear how regulators would be able to enforce the rules if banks moved a number of senior managers outside of the UK post-Brexit.
