Just a month after buy-out firm Bridgepoint Capital bought itself out - a rare move for firms in the industry - the group has recruited Martin Holmes as an associate in the Leeds team.

Last month the Bridgepoint management bought out the group, formerly known as NatWest Equity Partners, from NatWest Bank.
