Wealth firm Brooks Macdonald has refreshed its executive team with hires from Vanguard and GAM as part of its growth push.

The £17.9bn London-headquartered firm has appointed Neil Cowell as distribution director and Debbie Dalzell as chief people officer, it said in a statement on 21 February.
