Law firm Brown Rudnick has reunited the former private equity team of rival Osborne Clark, hiring Kieran O'Connor, Matthew Sillett and Adrian Yeandle to strengthen its own private equity practice.

O'Connor and Sillett join Brown Rudnick as partners from rival law firm Speechly Bircham, where they led its private equity and venture capital practice, advising both fund managers and portfolio companies.
