Bankers close to the pulled IPO of the German property group Deutsche Annington say a large buyer withdrew their order late on in the process

Deutsche Annington, the German residential landlord that pulled its €1.1bn initial public offering last night, was hit by a large 11th-hour withdrawal from one investor, it has emerged.

Bankers close to the IPO said the buyer withdrew from the process because of weak market conditions.
