Cameron quits SG Hambros for Rabobank

Alan Cameron, the European head of securitisation and a director at SG Hambros, has left to head the securitisation team at Rabobank, the Dutch banking group. He starts at Rabobank next month, taking over from Mark Gheerbrant, who had been acting head of Rabobank's securitisation group since promotion last July from that role to its joint global head of capital markets.

Cameron leaves SG after 11 years. He most recently worked out of London on the origination side of SG's securitisation team, second only to Greg Medcraft, global head of securitisation who is based in New York.
