Canada Life Investments has made two hires to its sales and marketing team to promote its range of OEICs and unit trusts to the retail and discretionary markets. Matt Couzens has joined as sales investments director responsible for driving the sales of funds in the discretionary and adviser markets. Couzens joined from Russell Investments where he was associate director of UK wealth management. Deirdre McNamara has joined as head of third party relationships. She previously worked in a similar role at Legal & General.
