Canadian investor pays £200m for UK business park

The Canadian Pension Plan Investment Board, one of the world's largest pension funds, has struck a £200m deal to buy a stake in a UK business park from Hermes Investment Management.

CPPIB, which manages $316.7bn on behalf the Canadian Pension Plan, will acquire a 50% share in Milton Park, according to a statement.
