Cantor to establish private capital markets group

Cantor Fitzgerald has appointed a former BNP Paribas executive to establish a private capital markets group responsible for buyouts, mezzanine financing and private debt, including senior and subordinate debt financing.

Christian Voss, formerly the head of private debt securities at BNP Paribas, has been named managing director of Cantor’s new global private capital markets group. According to a statement, the group will be charged with the origination, structuring, and syndication of privately placed financings globally.
