Vesa Walldén, an information technology (IT) professional with nearly 20 years' experience in high technology companies, has taken an investment directorship at CapMan, the Helsinki-listed private equity firm, to consolidate the company's expertise in the IT sector.

Walldén's CV encompasses Sun Microsystems, where he worked in sales and marketing Nokia Mobile Phones, where he was head of technology sales and marketing and most recently Tahoe Networks, where he was responsible for business development.
