CapMan, the Nordic private equity house, has gone on a hiring spree to expand its buy-out presence in Sweden and plans to double its workforce in the country by the end of the year.
It has hired three investment professionals for its Stockholm office, bringing the total to 18, and a senior adviser, Peter Langkjaer, has joined the Copenhagen team of seven. The office in Finland, which includes all back-office operations, employs 50 people.
