Barclays and corporate finance house Numis are leading the stock market debut of a UK car insurer, in the latest boost to the initial public offering tally for the City of London.

Sabre Insurance Group, which has been owned by private equity firm BC Partners since 2013, expects to join the London Stock Exchange in December and raise £213m.
