Climate Change Capital, a UK-based merchant providing finance and advice to companies affected by environmental policy, has hired World Bank carbon finance expert Ken Newcombe.
He is a senior executive at the World Bank but will start next month as head of special situations and work on extending the bank's carbon finance services to new corporate clients in the waste and water sectors.
