Carey Olsen, the Channel Islands law firm, has extended its legal service to the Cayman Islands and the British Virgin Islands, naming a new team of Cayman partners. The partners include Jason Allison, who previously worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London and advises on open and closed-ended funds. Nick Bullmore advises on Cayman Islands law and formerly worked at Maples and Calder in the islands.
