Cazenove Group names new non-executives

Cazenove Group, which owns Cazenove Capital Management and half of investment banking joint venture JP Morgan Cavenove, has appointed Sir Sydney Lipworth, a former deputy chairman of the UK's National Westminster Bank, as a new non-executive director.

Lipworth, a former chairman of the UK's Competition Commission and Zeneca, the pharmaceuticals business now part of AstraZeneca, will serve alongside Sir Roger Hurn, deputy chairman of Cazenove Group.
