Cazenove has won the mandate to be sole lead manager of the £30m (€47.06m) initial public offering of Elateral, a UK software company, on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) in the first half of this year.

The Elateral flotation is the first IPO of the year for Cazenove, the UK investment bank, and one of the first big equity listings on the LSE main market this year. As well as being a bookrunner, Cazenove is acting as sponsor and financial adviser.
