The New Year is usually a good time to draw a line under the past and look to the future with renewed optimism. Sadly, according to The Centre for Economics and Business Research, next year is unlikely to be much better than the last one.

Douglas Mcwilliams, economist at the UK think tank, has published his annual top 10 predictions for the coming year, and it does not make for particularly happy reading…unless you are a Manchester United fan.
