Cenkos, the UK stock broking business established by Collins Stewart co-founder Andy Stewart, has called off talks mergers talks for a second time this year after saying it had ended discussions with Arden Partners.

In a statement to the market this morning, Cenkos said it had ended discussion about a potential tie up with Arden Partners, without giving any details of the reasons for the end of the talks.
