Chairman resigns ISE post

Ivers Riley, chairman of the International Securities Exchange, the all-electronic US equity options market, will leave his post later this month after four years.

The ISE said Riley will be replaced by current vice chairman Frank Jones. Jones will become chairman on May 26. Riley will remain on the ISE's board.
