Charlemagne Capital has priced shares for its flotation on London's Alternative Investment Market at 100p, valuing the emerging markets specialist fund manager at about £298m (€432m).

The manager's shares began conditionally trading on AIM today, and are expected to unconditionally list next Tuesday, the company said today in a statement.
