London-based buyout firm, Charterhouse Capital Partners, has expanded its dealmakers' bench with hires from Bain Capital and HIG Capital, according to a person familiar with the matter.

Martino Gobbi joined Charterhouse in March as an investment manager, according to a person familiar with the matter.
