Checkfree, a US-based developer of financial electronic commerce solutions, has topped the rankings of reconciliation systems by Celent Communications, the industry analyst.

Checkfree's Recon Plus Frontier product, which provides enterprise-wide reconciliation, was ranked number one ahead of SunGard's IntelliMatch eP solution. Another Checkfree product, Recon Securities, was ranked third.
