Cheyne Capital has rehired one of its former partners as chief operating officer of its equities division, while an Asian equities manager has left. The personnel changes come less than three months after the departure of the firm's head of equities after just a year in the job.
Josh Jacobson rejoined Cheyne on September 28 as a partner, according to an October 1 filing by the alternative asset manager at Companies House. His new role is chief operating officer of the equities division, a person familiar with the hire said.
