Cinven gets knock-down price for Eutelsat stake

Cinven, the UK-based buy-out firm, has bought an 11% stake in Eutelsat, the world's third-largest satellite firm, for a knock-down price of €337m ($447.5m).

Cinven acquired its stake from DeaSat, the holding company of De Agostini, the Italian publishing company, and Investindustrial, the Italian buy-out firm, for €3.10 a share.
