Citigroup turned to a former JPMorgan banker to co-head its debt capital markets syndicate desk in Europe following the departure of a long-serving dealmaker.
Nick Darrant, a five-year veteran at JPMorgan, most recently as head of DCM syndicate for Central and Easter Europe, the Middle East and Africa, jumped to Citi as the US bank reshapes the leadership of its bond syndicate desk, according to an internal memo seen by Financial News.
