Citigroup has named Slava Slavinskiy head of banking for Russia and CIS, promoting him from his current role as head of EMEA energy. He moves into the new position as the bank looks to expand in the region. He will work on aligning the bank's work in Russia and CIS with the rest of Citi's offerings.
