Citi offers staff extra holiday and a 12-week sabbatical as Covid-19 shakes up working life

Citigroup is offering employees the chance to take a 12-week sabbatical and extra holiday as investment banks continue to overhaul their working practices amid the Covid-19 crisis.

The US bank has rolled out a series of new perks for staff, which include the chance to take a three month sabbatical at 25% of pay, a Citi spokeswoman confirmed to Financial News.
