Citigroup has handed a former Goldman Sachs managing director it hired last year new responsibilities in its global equity derivatives business.

The bank has named Quentin Andre as global head of equities structuring for investor clients, a new position at the firm, according to a memo sent to staff on March 13 and seen by Financial News.
