Citi sets new Black employee target at 3% for UK

Bank looks to build again after beating earlier targets to increase Black and female representation

Citigroup is aiming to increase its proportion of Black employees in the UK to 3% over the next three years, as part of a raft of new diversity targets.

The US investment bank has included its City operations in a set of new diversity goals and has also expanded its targets elsewhere in the world.
