Citigroup banker quits to govern National Bank of Greece

Citigroup in London is losing Takis Arapoglou, a senior adviser in global corporate and investment banking, to become chairman and governor of the National Bank of Greece

Arapoglou is the latest in a long line of investment bankers to join a government-owned or national regulatory institution.
