Citigroup bolsters parental leave to 16 weeks for US employees

Citigroup has increased paid paternity leave for its US employees to 16 weeks, the latest large investment bank to bolster these benefits.

The Wall Street bank told staff that it was enhancing parental leave for employees and introducing a new two-week caregiver leave for those based in the US and Puerto Rico.
