Citigroup consortium vies for Iraq bank

Citigroup and Barclays Capital are leading the charge to run the new Iraq Trade Bank, according to sources close to the bidding.

The Citigroup-led consortium is one of several vying to manage the bank, which was set up by US and allied authorities and will be an integral part of the rebuilding of Iraq.
