The former head of European healthcare dealmaking at Citigroup, who left the bank more than a year ago, has re-emerged in a senior role at boutique Gleacher Shacklock.

Anthony Hartley, who spent six years leading Citigroup's healthcare dealmaking team in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, has joined Gleacher Shacklock as a partner to build out its banking team focused on the sector.
