City competition review pushed back again as firms face further investigation

The Competition and Markets Authority has extended its review into suspected anti-competitive arrangements in the City again, as firms face the prospect of further investigation.

The watchdog, which launched its review in November 2018, is considering whether financial services firms have competed on fair terms for three and a half years already.
