Italian buyout firm Clessidra has agreed to sell office furniture manufacturer ABM Italia to BC Partners-backed Keter Plastics, according to a statement.
Clessidra generated a three-times return on invested capital from the transaction, which valued the company at €400 million, people familiar with the matter said.
