Clifford Chance, the law firm, has hired Irène Cambourakis as a senior lawyer as it continues the expansion of its French mergers and acquisitions practice.

Cambourakis will be based in Paris. She specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and joint ventures. The firm has a team of about 50 lawyers specialising in M&A in Paris, with seven partners running the practice. In total there are 215 lawyers at Clifford Chance in Paris.
