Clifford Chance has bolstered its corporate team with its second hire from Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom in London this year. 

Emma Ghaffari is currently a counsel at Skadden focused on private equity and will be joining Clifford Chance as a partner. She is both English and Swedish qualified.
