Close Brothers Growth Capital, the combined debt and equity provider, has hired Natalie Eastham as an investment executive.

Eastham joins from Citibank, where she was vice-president in the structured products team in London. She has specialised in the origination, structuring and execution of long-term debt finance for borrowers in emerging markets.
