Close Brothers is adding to its Private Equity investment management team with two hires from PricewaterhouseCooper and NM Rothschild's corporate finance department.

Mark Perryman joins after three years advising institutions and management teams on leveraged buy-outs for PricewaterhouseCooper. Before joining NM Rothschild's corporate finance department, John Fisher was part of Arthur Andersen's Private Equity Transaction Service Team.
