Close Fund Management has launched an index tracker fund, the FTSE4Good UK fund, which will follow the UK's top 100 socially responsible companies.

The fund, an open-ended investment company, will be the first to track the FTSE4Good UK index, a newly created UK socially responsible investing (SRI) benchmark developed by FTSE and the Ethical Investment Research Service in support of Unicef.
