Broker and liquidity provider CMC markets is expanding its presence in the UK, announcing a major investment to establish a technology hub in Manchester.

The expansion outside of the South-east is part of the firm's “high-growth” strategy. CMC said it was looking to decentralise the firm’s London operations and tap into the talent pool of the North-west.
