Commerzbank Securities, one of the top bookrunners on the Neuer Markt in 2000, is leading its first initial public offering on the German high growth market this year.

Last year Commerzbank was fourth in the league tables for equity bookrunners on the Neuer Markt behind Goldman Sachs, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and Deutsche Bank. According to Capital Data Bondware, Commerzbank led 15 equity issues with a combined value of €1.5bn ($1.3bn), a 9.29% share of the market.
